The Background
This global organisation with an excellent reputation, is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Analyst to support domestic and global HR communities with HR Systems and reporting support. This is a challenging and exciting role, within a n organisation currently experiencing technological growth and change.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager and working within a large HR Systems team, you will work with HR management across the business within the UK and globally to offer a wide range of HR Systems support responsibilities, including MI and Reporting.
Using PeopleSoft HR, you will provide a suite of reports and analytics on issues such as sickness and absence, headcount, turnover, recruitment and selection and others to the HR community.
Other support responsibilities will include the project support of global PeopleSoft HR modular roll-outs.
You
You will be an experience HR Systems specialist, with a proven track record in the delivery of HR data and reports, ideally working on the PeopleSoft HR System and PeopleSoft Query, or any other HR System. You'll also have strong Excel skills.
