The Background

Leading organisation is currently seeking to recruit an eLearning Instructional Designer to drive the design and development of eLearning and Blended Learning solutions. You will support the transformation lifecycle of taking classroom-based training and turning this into web based learning solutions.

The Responsibilities

Working within a large support team and reporting directly to the Head of Learning Technology, you will be responsible for the design and development of high quality eLearning content.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to understand content and course material and to put together solutions that transform classroom based training into online material.

Working on design briefs, storyboard and scripting processes, you will over see development and testing to ensure that material meeting the demands of the business.

The Professional

You will have developed a proven track record in the design and development of eLearning and Blended Learning solutions ideally within the education sector. Ideally degree educated or equivalent, you will have an excellent understanding of transferring classroom based training to online solutions and will have the ability to instructionally design, storyboard and manage business and technology documentation.
