Are you an experienced HR management information specialist with an eye for detail? Are you using PeopleSoft or another HR System? Are you excited by the idea of supporting a global HR management team?

The Background

This famous global organisation, is currently seeking to recruit a HR MI Manager to support global HR communities with a seamless HR reporting and data support service for an initial 12 month fixed term contract. As the key focal point for HR intelligence across the business, you will play an integral part in supporting strategic decision making.

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Director and leading a team of two, as the HR MI Manager, you will manage the global HR employee data, effectively and accurately through the PeopleSoft HR System.

You will work across global HR communities and territories, supporting by providing HR data on issues such as headcount, sickness and absence, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection and other HR topics.

You

You will be an experience HR MI specialist, with a proven track record in the delivery of HR data and reports, ideally working on the PeopleSoft HR System and PeopleSoft Query, or any other HR System. You'll also have strong Excel skills.

This is a true exciting role, where you will have global responsibility and ownership of a small team.
