Background

An international company who are rapidly expanding within the technology sector are currently looking to add an experienced HR Systems Consultant to their team who will head the implementation of HR Systems. The opportunity for future growth and progression is very realistic.

Responsibilities

You will work within the implementation team and will be responsible for:

Recommending a cost effective HR System strategy including the design, customisation and development

Control the analysis, migration and mapping of data through the implemented system

Install and configure the customised HR system with client assistance

Continue to improve the HR System after successful implementation

Develop a training strategy on behalf of the client for the implemented system accounting for the content of the new system and the client user

The Candidate

The client is seeking to recruit a HR Systems professional who has experience of working on a HR Systems implementation project. The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of HR Systems as well as an ability to understand client business needs and recommend a suitable solution. Organisational skills are essential in preparation for client visits and implementation of systems. Commercial awareness of the market within which you will be working is a must and the candidate should be a team player who is able to build strong and lasting client relationships with ease.

This role offers both office and field based work, with national and international travel coming as standard within the role.
