The Background
International organisation with a famous name is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Analyst, to support the organisation and end users through exciting projects and general periods of change. This is an exciting change orientated role, where you will have a strong and growing influence on domestic and global projects.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager and within a HR Systems team, you will work primarily on the support of the PeopleSoft HR system, including playing an integral role on projects including the planned implementation of the self service, absence management and eRecruitment modules.
You will act as a global point of contact for issues around the system, ensuring that end user queries are resolved and supporting management with comprehensive HR MI, data and reports.
The Professional
The successful candidate will have excellent HR Systems support experience, ideally with knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, however SAP and Oracle experience is also welcomed. You will be a customer focussed professional, with excellent troubleshooting experience and the ability to support key decision makers with HR related information and reports. You will be an effective communicator with strong team playing skills along with the willingness to get involved in project related activity.
