We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Support Desk Analyst to work in a busy office in the Richmond area.
Responsibilities of this role will be to work on a busy Support Desk where you will be answering calls, accurately recording details and identifying who should best resolve calls as well as ensuring callers are kept up to date of progress. It will also be necessary to provide an efficient document management and administrative service.
The successful candidate will be customer focussed with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They will be have good organisational abilities and be highly proficient in MS Word.
