My client an international security software company is currently recruiting for a German Speaking Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities would involve to:

Providing support on the Companies software dealing with customers based across the world
Providing technical information/ analysis as required
Testing and evaluating the companies software and report the the Technical Support Manager

To be successful for this role applicants should have experience in providing IT support along with hands on experience with different operating systems.
MCSE or MCSA certifications would be a bonus.
Knowledge of networking & Tcp/ip along with experience with at least one of the following sql or exchange or ISA or Win 2000/2003 server or DNS would also be a requirement.
