A Leading Manufacturer of IT Hardware Computer Products is looking for a French, Spanish, German, Italian or Turkish Speaking Technical Support Engineer to be based in their office in Swindon ASAP!

This is a challenging and multi-tasking role dealing with queries of varying complexity, including resolving Server, Raid, CPU, Desktop or Networking issues. This will be dealt with in the Solutions Centre by means of replication and detailed product knowledge, requiring continuous learning and training on products, all provided by this technology market leader. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and will ideally have experience in:

·RAID (Redundant arrays of inexpensive disks) controllers
·BIOS's (Basic input-output system) and Firmware
·Servers
·System administration

But applications from Computer Science or Electronics / Electrical Engineering Graduates, or candidates who have a passion for IT and have worked with hardware products before (e.g. are able to repair or build computers), are welcome.
