SQL DBA – Oxfordshire – Microsoft/SQL/Database/OLAP/SQL – 50k

The SQL Specialist team of Radius Recruitment has an opportunity with one of our major clients for an SQL DBA based out of smart offices in Oxfordshire.

As a member of the IT team, you will assume responsibility for the documentation, design, maintenance, tuning and management of business critical Microsoft SQL databases. This will include both the website(s) and internal systems.
This position would be considered a production and development role as you will be ensuring the continued efficiency of the SQL database systems and making recommendations and designs to develop and improve the SQL Database.

You will ideally be accredited in MS SQL 2005 have experience of database driven websites and a proven track record of developing legacy database structures to scalable solution supporting real time data retrieval. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work across all business levels.
