6 Month Contract - Infrastructure Project Manager – Retail – Home Counties – £400 - £450 p/d
Radius seeks an experienced, pragmatic and professional Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6 month contract with a leading organisation.
Our FTSE 100 client is looking for a proven Project Manager to implement a Store Systems Upgrade, the key components of the EPOS environment.
The successful candidate will have had much experience of delivering large scale infrastructure projects and have technical knowledge of Novell Linux, LDAP, IBM Tivoli Access Manager and IBM Websphere MQ. This is a detailed project management role, encompassing the full project lifecycle. The chosen candidate must apply full project controls, define thorough testing strategies, and associated service procedures such as Change Management.
You will liaise with colleagues & stakeholders to produce appropriate documentation and systems to ensure successful delivery. You must seek continual improvement for the wider business benefit. Candidates should be educated to degree standard with a solid career history in Project Management working to and USING Prince2 methodology and ideally certified to Practitioner level.
The model candidate will be pragmatic, flexible and with a diverse background in project management, being efficient in negotiating, listening and influencing with a strong commercial sense and good problem solving skills.
