Pre/Post Sales Database Consultant – Hertfordshire – SQL/Windows/Javascript

Our client, who is a market leading company throughout Europe has an opportunity to join its client solutions team as a Pre/Post Sales Database Consultant.

Working at various clients sites and from the Hertfordshire based offices you will be part of a team providing a number of services to clients including creating & installing databases, providing database security and troubleshooting problems. You should have a strong understanding of SQL and knowledge of working with SQL Databases inserting, updating and extracting data.

The following technical knowledge will be useful;

SQL (or Oracle or DB2)
Windows Operating Systems
UNIX Systems – AIX or Solaris or Linux
Javascript or Perl (or any programming language and scripting skills)
Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat

This is a challenging d rewarding position with a dynamic environment and extensive travel throughout the UK and some international. Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to 35k depending on experience.
