A Major Player in the Food Industry is seeking to recruit an IS Service Desk Analyst fluent in English, French and Spanish. Key responsibilities: Provide a Service Desk support service to all IS users in UK, Netherlands & Belgium Act as translator for French & Spanish in written & verbal communications Accurately record all incidents on a call management system Manage & prioritise calls Advise customers regarding software & hardware Key skills: The successful candidate will ideally be fluent in English, French & Spanish coupled with a strong knowledge of IT and its application to the business.
