New opportunity to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke. My client is a successful professional services organisation and has an opening for an experienced 1st and 2nd line support analyst. You shall be responsible for providing Helpdesk, remote and desktop support to internal users within their Basingstoke offices and other branches as required.
Ideally coming from a 1st and 2nd Line support environment, you will have understanding of SLA's and perhaps ITIL procedures. You shall be supporting Windows based systems, software and hardware. Any candidates familiar with WAN and LAN would be desirable.
Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, MOUS or ITIL would also be highly desirable, or candidates that are degree educated within an IT discipline would also be great.
