ICT Support Business Partner - Public Sector -Birmingham. I have an opportunity for an ICT Support person to work for my client in Birmingham. The key responsiblities of the role will be to pro-actively manage the effective daily operation of the organisations ICT facilities, using remote performance and management tools on a regular basis. The successful individual will also deliver training and be involved with the implementation of ICT projects. The key skills we are looking for are excellent communication skills, the ability to work closely with customers and excellent leadership qualities. You must be a certified TAP ICT Trainer and have experience of delivering classroom based and one to one training. An MCSE accreditation would be extremely advantageous.
