Problem Analyst / Incident Analyst sought by one of the UK's leading brand names to join them in their busy support department based in Eastleigh Hampshire. You will need to have at least 4 yrs exp of working within a busy Helpdesk/Service Desk team environment and have worked within a Linux (Redhat)environment and have gained Redhat accreditation (RHCT).
