Fantastic opportunity to take up a technical lead and be a crucial part of building a development team in a growing online systems company! I am recruiting for an exciting internet company whose plans required that they take on a team leader to take responsible for day-to-day management of the development team.

The role will entail solution design, project scoping and planning as well as being the primary point of contact responsible for communication between the company's technical and business personnel.

The successful candidate will have commercial experience of the following:

-PHP (5+ years)
-MySql (4+ years)
-HTML, XHTML, CSS (5+ years)
-In depth experience of Data abstraction solutions (1+ year)
-High transaction Web Software development (2+ years)


With additional experience required in:

-Commercial experience of leading a development team
-XML
-Cake and similar frameworks
-Ajax and other web 2.0 technologies
-CMS
-Agile development methodologies (XP, scrum)
