My client is one of the worlds leading Pharmaceutical organisation looking for a Business Technology Manager to manage a team of 9 functional/technical consultants be based in their Head Office in Berkshire.

You will be responsible for the management and development of the UK CRM system for the company, which uses salesforce.com. Upon employment you will initially undergo a two week induction course as well as receiving regular technical and management training. The person we are looking for should have knowledge in the following areas:

- Salesforce.com with an excellent understanding of reports, custom objects, security, role hierarchy and sharing models within Salesforce.com
- Experienced in running and developing CRM systems
- Experience with S-Controls, JavaScript or SQL
- Knowledge of relational database modeling
- Knowledge of PL/SQL or a 3GL with SQL would be an advantage
