Java Developers, Netherlands, English Speaking (Dutch a bonus)

My client in the Netherlands are looking for experienced Java developers / Architects for a 6-12 month contract with an option to extend beyond this. The project is in a professional and modern software development environment. The development process is based on IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP) and tailored to the needs of the organization.
In order to support the process, the following tools are used:
Clearcase UCM for version control and unified change management
Requisite Pro for requirements management
ClearQuest for defect tracking and change management
Microsoft Project Plan for project management
Rational Test Manager, Manual Tester, Performance Tester, SOA Tester
The development environment for J2EE developers is set up around the IBM SOA reference architecture and uses products like WebSphere Application Server 6.1, Portal Server 6, Process Server 6, ESB, Tivoli Directory Server.
The database environment is Oracle 10g.
The development tool for architects and designers is IBM Rational Software Architect 7, for integration developers WebSphere Integration Developer and other Rational Application Developer.
Applications are developed using the most current J2EE standards and frameworks as well as integration technologies such as web services and portels.
Application design is done according to UML 2 standards with the use of RSA7.
