This is a new and exciting opportunity for an Avaya Call Centre Engineer to join an Network Solutions organisation with a solid reputation throughout the industry.

This diverse role will offer you the opportunity to utilise your hands on Avaya Contact Centre skills by producing solution designs and development to full implementation of Avaya Contact Centre solutions for customers and projects.

From a technical perspective you will be conversant with writing code for various languages with the Avaya products including Avaya's Interaction Contact Centre, Contact Centre Express, Communication Manager and Voice Portal. Avaya Communication Server (CMS, MCVIE, AIC, CCE, AVP).
