From a technical perspective you will be conversant with writing code for various languages with the Avaya products including Avaya's Interaction Contact Centre, Contact Centre Express, Communication Manager and Voice Portal. Avaya Communication Server (CMS, MCVIE, AIC, CCE, AVP).
