Technical Product Manager - Burgess Hill- Outdoor Passives-£35K

Radius seeks an experienced, pragmatic and professional Technical Product Manager with specialist RF knowledge.

Our Fast Track 100 client is looking for a proven Product Manager with specialist knowledge of Outdoor RF (Radio Frequency) passive components, i.e. taps and splitters. RF experience is an absolute imperative for this position as is knowledge of cable tv networks design and products used.

The successful candidate will be a product expert in this field and well versed in delivering customer requirements and new designs. Ideally, the candidate will have previously worked as a Product Manager within this area of electricals; however my client is willing to accept applications from commercially aware, highly specialised, technical customer support engineers within this field.

Duties will include:

Provide to the organisation a detailed understanding of the Broadband European market and competitors products with both technical and commercial details.

Assist the product group manager with the creation of a strategy to introduce new products and also innovate current products to keep ahead of the competition
Interface between market/customer/R&D/ productions/Marcom/Purchasing and sales

Utilise the organisations R&D expertise to develop new products and technologies in the most efficient way to minimise costs and keep time to market short

Coordinate and liaise with sales, marketing, commercial, technical, logistics and production to ensure dedicated product ranges are completely managed and brought to market in the most effective and cost effective way.
