Availability Analyst
My Hague Based Client is looking for an Availability Analyst to:

Create and maintain the Availability plan
Provide monthly forecast and historical Availability statistics to the Availability Manager
Collect, record and maintain, reliability, maintainability and serviceability records
Providing Service Level Management with information to assist in the Service Level
negotiation
Assist in the Availability and recovery design criteria applied to new and enhanced IT
Services
Provide and resolves technical solutions
Ensure day-to-day Availability requirements are met
Assist in Availability modelling process
Compile and maintain Availability Management procedures
Attending Availability Management meetings as designated by the Availability Manager

Core Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent ITIL Availability Management knowledge
Good understanding of Service Level Management & Agreements
Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
Practical experience with at least one or more of the following techniques (CRAMM,
CFIA, SOA, BPMN, FTA, SPOF)
Good technical understanding of Availability Software
