Role: Senior Operations Engineer Location: Cumbria (LA Postcode) Salary: £22,400 - £33,000 

A blue chip company are currently seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support in the development of processes. Key Responsibilities: · Produce appropriate department documentation. · Develop innovative process solutions. · Develop and mentor new employee’s and team members. · Liaise with planning and other technical departments. Desirables: The successful candidate will be a minimum of HNC qualified or equivalent in a related discipline. Gained experience in the role or a similar preferably within the defence sector (but not essential). Experience with Marine paint/coatings would be advantageous.
