IT Security Analyst

FTSE 100 service provider requires a IT Security Analyst
The role will be part of a team responsible for the creation, maintenance & deletion of user accounts across a variety of platforms & applications. In addition the applicant must ensure that all user account and access control requests, across all systems and platforms, are managed in line with agreed SLAs and in accordance with company policy and procedures

Essential Experience/Skills
User Management with particular emphasis on experience with NT, AD and Exchange administration.
Experience of dealing with staff, management and customers at all levels.
Able to prioritise own workload and work to tight timescales.
Ability to follow documented processes, but willing to suggest improvements or changes.
Ability to clearly document new processes and ensure they are kept up to date.

Desired Experience/Skills
Working in a multi platform, multi client environment.
A working knowledge of ITIL would be an advantage.
Understanding of IT Security principles
Experience of working in a back office support function

Personal Attributes
Candidate must be dependable, flexible and self motivated.
Enjoy working as part of a team, but also able to work on their own.
Candidate must have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail
