My client is looking for a SAP HR Consultant who has a strong knowledge of SAP HR and sub modules coupled with the ability to work and deliver on multiple global projects. You must be an individual who can build strong relationships with the on site SAP teams as well as liaising closely with the business. Team management is a key skill, along with hands on configuration, minimum of 2 full life cycles exposure and client facing experience are essential.
The successful candidate with have strong SAP HR skills with exposure to other SAP sub modules for example TM, OM, PP and Payroll, come from a extensive client facing background, ability to work in pre sales SAP bids and excellent communication skills.
