Service Desk Manager – Bracknell, Berkshire - Are you an IT Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager / Senior Service Desk Analyst? You will effectively manage escalations, communicate expectations and manage third party involvement. Your team will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support within technologies such as MS Server 2003, Exchange 2003/2007 and Linux. Salary is £30k - £35k + Excellent Bonuses + Benefits.
