We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead a small application development function within a busy IMT Department. You will own the Systems Development Methodology and lead a team comprising a .Net Developer, a SQL Developer, a Report Writer/Tester and a range of adhoc Contractors bought in to work on the larger application development projects.

Technically you will have at least 3 years experience of designing and developing Winforms and ASP.Net products and integrating and testing systems. You will also need experience of programming with C/C++ and a working knowledge of data structures, constructs and functional concepts such as processes, threads, call stacks, memory management and debugging tools.

In depth knowledge and experience of Data Warehousing and using Business Intelligence tools such as SSIS, SSAS and SSRS for enterprise reporting is vital, as is experience of HTML, CCS, EDRMS and Microsoft CRM. You will also have worked in Prince 2 and ITIL Change and Release Management environments and have extensive stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical issues in a none technical manner
