DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BASED LONDON.
My prestigious client based in London is currently looking for a Development Manager.
My client is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead a small application development Team. You will take ownership of the Systems Development Methodology and lead a team of developers, being .Net Developer, a SQL Developer, a Report Writer/Tester and some Contractors as and when required to work on various projects.

Ideally you will have a decent/strong background in designing and developing Winforms and ASP.Net products and integrating and testing systems.Ideally you will also need experience of C/C++ programming , and covering areas such as data structures, constructs and functional concepts such as processes, threads, call stacks, memory management and debugging tools.
It would be beneficial to have exp/knowledge in Data Warehousing and using Business Intelligence tools such as SSIS, SSAS and SSRS for enterprise reporting, other skills would be HTML, CSS, EDRMS and Microsoft CRM. Would be beneficial to have knowledge of Prince 2 and ITIL Change and Release Management environments and have extensive stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical issues in a none technical manner
You will be a good all round team player, with good technical skills, but also strong team leadership, man management skills to manage and motivate the team at all times.
