VB.NET / ASP.NET Developers required by our client, a leading software reseller and solutions provider based nr Luton / St Albans. Developing rich ASP.NET applications on a SQL Server RDBMS with bespoke WinForms development you will have the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into logical system workflows. You'll be an expert in Visual Studio and ASP.NET development with experience in the design and implementation of SQL Server based solutions, SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, triggers and functions.

To be considered you will have proved ASP.NET development experience using VB.NET ideally gained in a client facing or similar role. This will be complemented with excellent Visual Studio , ASP.NET , VB.NET , VB6 , JavaScript , ADO.NET , XML , HTML and SQL Server skills .

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment. Occasional travel to client sites is a normal feature of the job and you must be prepared to occasionally travel up to 1½hr from the office. More remote clients will require the occasional overnight stay.
