*PROJECT MANAGER* - MEDIA / TV CHANNEL / CONTRACT

Our client, based in London, owns and operates Chat Box and Gay Network, two of the UK's leading social networking brands on Voice IVR, Mobile Video and Television. This year, the Company will extend the Chat Box and Gay Network brands into new territory for multi-platform social networks with an integrated presence over all 6 main interactive technologies: Voice IVR, Television, SMS/MMS, 3G Video, Mobile Video and the Web.

They are currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to take over and manage their TV channels (ChatBox/Gaynetwork – Sky 874/873)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proactively plan and deliver functional and visual enhancements to the channel
- Monitor competition, prevailing regulation and alternate providers (Ofcom - Pay TV in particular)
- Liase with Customer Service team over any operational issues
- Review channel activity, chair regular update meetings and maintain financial performance

This role would be a 6 month contract initially, but could be extended for the right candidate. The role would report to myself as Product Development Manager and there would be weekly update meetings.

The role would suit someone with experience or running a TV channel, both in knowing what works on TV and the best suppliers to use, plus having the flair to lead and champion the two channels across the business.
