Service Desk Analyst - 2nd Line Support - Circa £27,000 - Cirencester. I am recruiting for a service desk analyst to join a growing service desk, providing support to external customers. The support will be telephone support or on site engineering / consultacy. The role involves diagnosing and providing solutions for service calls using remote access tools, telephone and on site calls. You will also be involved in pre building customer equipment and installations. The successful candidate will have 3 or more years hands on miccrosoft environment experience, wintel hardware assembling/maintenace experience and at least 1 years experience working in a helpdesk environment. An MCSA, some MCP's or ITIL knowledge is desirable.
