Job Description:

IT graduate sought who is keen to receive training and work in a technical support service desk environment. As one of the UK�s leading suppliers of Finance & Accounting software they are looking for someone to work alongside their applications support team as a 1st & 2nd line support Analyst. You job will involve recreating technical faults that are received by the helpdesk and then liaising with the developers and 3rd line support team to find a fix.
