User Experience Consultant / Account Manager - London

My client is a leading consultancy with a varied blue chip and public sector client list are looking to hire an Accopunt Manager with User Experience Consultancy experience to facilitate continued business growth. Clients include Barclays, Thomas Cook, BBC, British Airways, BUPA, Vodafone, Expedia, Reuters and Yell Group to name a few.

Your role will be as an Account Manager with proven Account Management experience within the user experience / usability and accesability arena.

You must have proven experience with primary user research methods such as User Testing and Ethnography; enthusiasm and a desire to learn combined with exceptional ideation and design skills would make you a great fit in the expanding team.

Projects will require juggling various accounts and riving change throught the business. Additionally expert evaluation of the current site to highlight the key user experience issues, concept and design workshops including personas, site architecture and page sketches and Usability testing on wireframe prototypes so as a result you must be comfortable in these areas.

This role will ideally suit candidates who are currently Account Maanagers looking for a rewarding new challenge.

Salary from £55,000 depending upon experience
