IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / 1st line Support Analyst with Lotus Notes and Active Directory ( AD)& ITIL experience is required by large company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire to assist in the move from a Helpdesk to a Service Desk Environment based on IT Service Management best practice standards (ITIL).
