To be the successful Java Project Leader (Java, WebSphere) you will need a proven educational background with a Computing degree or something closely related and relevant. You must also have very good experience of working within a commercial IT environment with experience of leading a very successful team. In this position, you will be a technical leader for a project team of two to five people. You will be responsible for producing and monitoring the progress of project plans, track project budgets, resolve production issues and make sure that these problems do not repeat themselves and also assist in the recruitment of staff.
