Our client, a prestigious FTSE 100 company, is looking for a S Resource Planning Adviser, to start work within one of their offices in Greater Manchester.

As a Resource Planning Adviser, you will be responsible for real time monitoring of call volumes, AHT and staffing in order to achieve service levels. This is including key decision making and communication of this to the operation. You will also be involved in the planning of “Phone Zone” activity, to ensure consistent service levels are met throughout the day.

You will require experience within:
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Able to use initiative
•Willing to take ownership and be proactive
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to adhere to processes, whilst also identifying improvements
•Good IT skills, basic working knowledge of Excel
•Ability to plan and prioritise in line with business needs
•Flexible and receptive to change

Experience of working within an outsourcing organisation would be beneficial along with an understanding of the “Phone Zone” operation and basic working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
