Position: Project Engineering Manager Salary: £40K - £70K Location: Hampshire 

A World Leader in the Defence Industry is looking to bring a Project Engineering Manager on board their team in Hampshire responsible for achieving Project Technical solutions in an e-capability related platform. The role will involve configuration management and Systems Integration. Key Responsibilities: · Management of engineering costs · Quality of solution & deliverables · Management of engineering resources · Agree specifications & acceptance criteria for engineering deliverables · Develop, use & maintain the Engineering Management Plan · Manage technical solution, cost & schedule of engineering activities · Define team organisational structure Key skills: The successful candidate will ideally be familiar with high level Project Engineering Management & have excellent liaison skills. Knowledge of continuous improvement would also stand you in good stead.
