Position: Solution / Technical Architect Salary: £40-60,000 Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire

The solution Architect will take responsibility for defining robust, sustainable and cost effective solution architecture and designs to meet customer requirements, business objectives and current legislation. Key Responsibilities: ·Execute Delegated Design authority for either the End-to-End Solution/System level or Solution Component/Sub system level. ·Define and Document the Solution Architecture and Design to meet customer requirements and business requirements. ·Provide technical leadership of the solution, ensuring that the solution architecture and design are communicated effectively. Technologies ·IFS Integration ·COGNOS Business Intelligence tools ·System design and process modelling, object-oriented and component modelling using UML notation, relational data modelling and structured analysis and design ·Zachman Framework, DoDAF, MoDAF and TOGAF ·Software Development Methodologies, in particular Rational Unified Process ·Enterprise Architect, Telelogic DOORS, Rational Application Developer ·Application Servers WebSphere, JBOSS If you are interested in this position, please send an up to date CV
