Our Client currently use Outlook Soft SRC to support the Monthly Operations Board (MOB) reporting, rolling 18 month forecasting and annual business planning. The objective of this project is to implement SAP-BPC in order to replace SRC before support for it is discontinued.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has Managed an implementation project using Cognos, Hyperion or Outlooksoft budgeting and planning systems, managing the whole project through to completion liaising with stakeholders throughout

Key responsibilities:
•Delivery of the overall project objectives;
•Preparation of a Project Definition document detailing the project objectives, scope, benefits, organisation and approach;
•Production and maintenance of a detailed Project Plan;
•Day to day management of the project team, in particular providing leadership and guidance in the areas of; system architecture, requirements analysis, solution design and build, testing, security, data migration, transition management and training and communications;
•Ensuring an effective and rapid decision making process is in place to resolve all critical issues and mitigate risks;
•Reporting progress in timely manner;
•Representing the project team at Steering Committee meetings;
•Ensuring the availability of resources;
•Set up and maintenance of project monitoring and control procedures;
•Quality assurance of deliverables;
•Identification of and effective communication with all stakeholders;



Skills and competencies required:
•Recognised accounting qualification;
•Experience of implementing budgeting, planning and consolidation systems, ideally OutlookSoft (SAP-BPC); Cognos or Hyperion
•Robust project management experience and practical experience of managing full life cycle systems implementation projects;
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills to achieve consensus and deliver change;
•Credibility and presence to operate at senior stakeholder level;
•Experience of managing blended teams consisting of client staff, third party vendors and contractors;
•Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
