Personable and highly business focused Programme manger UREGNTLY required to join forward thinking financial consultancy in the heart of the city on a variety of challenging projects.

This role will require candidates to have gained their extensive programme management experience within a banking environment – ideally Capital markets and be highly experienced in matrix management on a global scale and designing and delivering leadership programmes.

Candidates will use their programme / matrix management skills experience on a variety varied and complex project within the operations/Risk area of the world's most prestigious banks spanning the London, Asia and America so candidates must be willing to travel.

This role does require candidates to be highly personable with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, possess analytical skills to view strategically whilst maintaining focus on short-term tactical objectives and have a good understanding of trade flow from Front Office through to Back Office settlement and the associated technologies
