ASP.Net Application Developer required for this leading International srvices company based in Birmingham.
Initially you will work on developing ASP.net (using VB.net) applications and maintaining other classic ASP applications as required. Over the coming months, this role will also involve using Sharepoint 2007 (training will be provided) to delivery some of the projects.
Your responsibilities will include development of solutions, design, testing, documentation, deployment and handing over to support, it is therefore essential you have experience of the SDLC.
Successful applicants will have solid commercial experience and a good understanding of HTML, ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, XML, XSLT, and SQL Server. Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint development would be an advantage.
You should have excellent customer facing and prioritisation skills as well as strong attention to detail.
