Change Administrator required to work in White City, London.
You will be required to assist with the management of change and release schedules, ensure that all Requests for Change are received logged and allocate a priority, table all RFCs at the Weekly Operations Board, attend & review all RFCs at Service provider CAB meetings, update the Change log with all progress that occurs
You will also be required to perform aspects of configuration Management such as: Performs configuration audits, Evaluate Configuration systems and design, Assist the Change & Configuration Manager in identify customisation of proprietary tools to produce an effective Configuration Management environment in terms of databases and software libraries, workflows and report generation, Create libraries or other storage areas, Assist in the identification, control and maintenance of configuration items, Accept and record the receipt of new or revised configuration items
Experience
Substantial Experience in an administrative role, Knowledge of ITIL service support principles (change, configuration and release. management) and how they relate to other IT disciplines, ITIL foundation certificate highly desirable, Excellent communication skills, experience of service delivery
