This position will report to the Senior Web Development Manager mainly concerned with managing back end web development strategy. The successful individual will define the strategy, build implementations plans and managed a team of three. You will need to have experience in Classic ASP, ASP.NET, VB.Net or C#, Visual Studio 2005, the ability to define XML documents and write XSLT, coding within framework, MS SQL Server, Object Orientated Design.

Within the role you will be responsible for developing new products and services, developing existing web pages / systems and creating new sites, maintain development standards, ensure delivery timescales are met, and maximising benefits of web infrastructure, systems and services to maintain competitive advantage.
