Strong organisational, post sales support, project coordination and administrative skills ideally within a Recruitment or Software industry environment is required for this established and growing software company offering opportunities for career progression! You will be the primary day to day contact for one or more of the company's major clients, backed up by their Help Desk and working in liaison with the Technical Account Manager. You will be expected to co-ordinate and closely monitor the implementation of many and varied IT projects. It is essential that you have strong organisational, post-sales support, project coordination and administrative skills ideally within a Recruitment or Software industry, with the ability to understand, translate and document customer requirements in detail. A background in implementing computer systems, liaising with customers, liaising with internal departments and attending/ controlling meetings with people at all organisational levels is essential. An understanding of the recruitment market place and the role of computer systems in that market place would be a significant advantage.
