Senior Project Manager, Prince 2, MS-Project, MS-Office, Retail &/or ERP, Retail ERP Systems.

Microsoft Business Solutions Consultancy are currently looking to identify an Enterprise level Project Manager to work on projects of >£250,000 from cost to completion. Only candidates with proven Retail ERP experience will be considered.

A key responsibility of the Project Manager is the production of the project initiation document. This determines, with the agreement of the customer, the organisation and governance methods to be used throughout the project.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the project team, regular reviews and reporting of progress against plan and budget, maintenance of the project plan and the management of change where required, communication with all project stakeholders, regular review of project risk, agreed change control process and maintenance of a project file.

The successful candidate will have worked for a Consultancy, managing projects for clients and will be a high calibre project Manager with knowledge & experience of structured Project management methodologies, Prince 2 certification or accreditation, knowledge of cost to completion & earned value methods, will have managed multiple projects and be an experienced user of MS-Project.

These projects will not be straightforward roll out scenarios but will have ongoing development requirements and therefore the Project Manger will have similar experience in this environment.

Being a Consultancy role, applicants must have excellent communication and client facing ability and be comfortable with living / working away during the week, on client sites throughout the UK, as and when necessary.
