Strategic Account Manager - Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM's) - Germany + Central Europe.
Excellent opportunity for a dynamic, problem solving, strategic thinking sales professional within the Optical Networking arena.
Working from a location in Southern Germany ( Karlsruhe - Munich) or from a home base this role is a strategic account manager position looking after a key Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM).
The type of candidate we are looking for will be a natural sales manager who has: A solid sales track record in the sector with target achievement/over-achievement in excess of $40m PA. Problem solver who can anticipate and iron out roadblocks Strategic thinker who can engage at the correct level and across the clients business (R&D to Marketing) Technically capable of understanding and explaining the latest trends and innovations in the fast moving world of communication solutions for the future.
Whilst this is a strategic account manager opportunity, we are not looking for a passive farmer and the rewards are set up to reward success. Over-achievement of target will be rewarded by a sliding scale of multipliers with up to 4 x the commission rate applicable. In addition a negotiable base of €70k - €80k + car + full benefits + uncapped OTE with accelerators (circa €115k = 100%)
