My global leading software development company, cash rich, with offices in over 25 countries are expanding and are looking for a Software Test Team Leader to support their continued growth and join their team in Cambridge. Your principal accountabilities will be to assist the test manager to ensure the delivery of testing activities throughout the duration of the project until release along with using domain knowledge to specify and maintain test data, test sets and scenarios. You will also be providing technical leadership of test activities for in-house and outsourced test teams and will also have hands-on involvement in test activities on a number of different projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
A degree level qualification in a relevant discipline or the equivalent level of experience gained in industry.
A good knowledge of the development lifecycle and the role of testing within it.
Experience of testing a complex software product where product domain knowledge is an important consideration.
Experience of test automation
Experience of the planning, design, execution and reporting of tests, using appropriate testing tools and techniques and conforming to agreed processes.
Proven experience in a test leader role
Experience of using HP Test Director for quality center.
ISEB foundation certificate in software testing
