You will work on the resolution of Helpdesk Calls in a Professional and Timely Manner and adhere to Client SLA's at all times. This means you will follow Processes and Procedures laid down to provide a high level of Customer Care.
You will provide a high quality IT support services to remote and office based users resolving Desktop and windows based issues. The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with users and demonstrate good customer care skills.
You are required to have a proven level of technical capability and knowledge and effective problem resolution skills.
Essential Skills
MSCE/MCP 2000, XP, Vista preferred
General desktop support skills
XP\ MS Office 200x, Office XP
Citrix
AD administration
Flexible and proactive
MS Desktop applications support
Desired Skills
Full Driving License
Willingness to travel as required.
Experienced using Remote Support tools
Experienced in a Citrix environment.
Experienced in AD management and topology
Good Communicator
