Transaction Monitoring Project manager-Holland: Transaction Monitoring Project manager is urgently required to: upgrade regulatory monitoring systems (based on the Mantas application), with instances of Mantas in 60+ locations. The programme requires functional and technical enhancements to the platforms, as well as data feeds from a large number of payment systems. Managing a delivery team consisting of both internal and external vendor resources, the Europe/Asia Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of a fixed scope of work impacting a number of European/Asian locations. Reporting to the Programme Manager for Transaction Monitoring, the role will directly support the European/Asian region of the Group Compliance business and be responsible for: Delivery of a complex set of deliverables across a number of European/Asian locations (as agreed by Group Compliance), including the head office and large retail business in Asia, Client and vendor relationship management, Project methodology, consistency and control, Resource and budget management, Status reporting and escalation and Management of a team of application specialists, technical and business analysts and DBAs.
