Exciting urgent Service Desk Manager opportunity has arisen in the Manchester area where we are looking for an experienced service desk manager on a contract to permanent basis. You will need to have experience of managing IT managed service desks, change management and be an ITIL practitioner. Special attention needs to be paid the current IT problems, recommending and drive implementations identifying training / staff and disciplinary issues. Rate and salary is flexible for right person.
