Lotus/ Windows Infrastructure Support Analyst required for a Global blue chip organisation in Warwickshire.

Role - Lotus/ Windows Infrastructure Support Analyst
Location – Warwickshire
Salary – Up to £33,250 (inclusive of shift allowance) + overtime + benefits
Skills – Windows Server, Lotus Notes or Lotus Domino, 2nd line support, ideally some Citrix and/or Cisco

The Lotus/Windows Infrastructure Support Analyst will have demonstrable experience of working in a high pressure support environment providing second line support. You will have experience supporting Windows Server 2003 and Lotus Notes/ Lotus Domino. Experience with Citrix or Cisco is desired but not essential. A level standard of education is also an advantage.

Your role will involve providing second line support in a lively IT environment. Your role will be to provide a professional interface between IS and the business and also supplying solutions to calls, whilst achieving service centre call management targets and standards. You will be expected to work shifts, both daytime and night time.
